PRODUCT RETURNS
.You have the right to return the product received within 14 calendar days and request its replacement with another size or another product or even a refund..
For returns within Greece you are charged with the return costs (if it is not a defective product), and you have the opportunity to use the courier company that cooperates with our online store (ACS Courier), or to use a company of your choice if it suits you more . If you choose another one
transport company other than ACS Courier, we can not provide any guarantee for the delivery times of the products you return to us, as well as the case of inability to deliver the parcel to our place for any reason.

TERMS OF RETURN OF PRODUCTS

Returns are accepted only if the following conditions are met:

• The product is returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
• The product must not have been used and is in its original condition, in its original packaging and all the contents (cards, case, certificates, etc.) that accompany the product, are in excellent condition.
• The product box should also be in excellent condition, without any signs of wear.
• The buyer must send together all the necessary documents received upon receipt (receipt, invoice). In case of change of the product during the discounts and if it is not defective, its valuation is done at the current, that is, at the reduced price

In case of non-fulfillment of any of the above conditions, kontopanagiotisjewellers.gr is entitled to consider that the right to change was not validly exercised, and therefore not to accept the change of the product and to return it to you at your own expense.

RETURN RIGHT APPLIES TO ALL PRODUCTS EXCEPT:

• Products that are “Available on request”
• Converted products (eg resize)
• The products that are not in our catalog
• The seasonal items (charms).
• The products are available on offer at special discount prices (offers) for a limited time.
• The straps for watches that can not be returned for hygiene reasons. The only case in which a strap
• watch can be returned to our store is if the product you received is defective.

PRODUCT RETURN PROCEDURE

The product return process is as follows:

You should contact us by phone at 2421039335 or by email at info@kontopanagiotisjewellers.gr, in order to guide you through the return process (provided that the terms of product return are met). When sending the product, you send your parcel with a shipping cost.

• Upon receipt from our store:
• We undertake the replacement of the product with another similar and new one, in case the original has proved to be defective (replacement) or
• We send you credit for future purchase. We will send you by email a “Gift Card” that will correspond to the total amount of products you returned. The Gift Card can be used for your future purchase within 6 months. When completing your future order, telephone or e-mail communication with our store is enough.
• In case you wish a refund, the refund will be completed within thirty days from the date we receive the products.
